Chef Anna's VERY British Grandmother promptly shared Afternoon Tea (High Tea on Sundays) at 3:30 PM Everyday.  She regaled Anna with stories of having Afternoon Tea at Buckingham Palace with the Queen Mum and their own version of "Tea".
